What is a simulation? Are regenerations included?
A simulation = one colour applied to a photo of your property. Each simulation includes 3 free regenerations: if the AI does not render the colour exactly as you want on the first attempt, you can re-run it up to 3 times at no additional cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments will be taken after cancellation.
When am I charged? Are there any hidden fees?
You are charged in GBP (£) immediately upon confirming your purchase, then on the same date each following month (or year for annual billing). No hidden fees, no setup costs. The price displayed is the final price including VAT.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your account. The price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to unused simulations at the end of the month?
Unused simulations roll over for one further month (maximum). After that, they expire. This encourages regular use without penalising you if you are on holiday for a week or have a quiet period.
Is my data secure? Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos are stored privately for your account only, encrypted at rest on a hardened cloud storage tier with AES-256 and transferred over HTTPS only. They are never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. Full UK-GDPR rights are detailed in our terms.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is the difference between the Colour Pack (£9.90) and the Artisan plan?
The Colour Pack (£9.90) is a one-time purchase sized for a single job: a handful of HD simulations, no renewal, no commitment. The Artisan plan (£69/month) includes 55 HD simulations per month, enough to cover roughly 10 to 15 active jobs, with unused simulations rolling over to the following month and priority email support. Rule of thumb: above 3 to 4 jobs per month, Artisan becomes the better value; above around 8 jobs per month, you should move to Pro (150 simulations, £179/month).
