What is a simulation? Are regenerations included?
A simulation = one color applied to your house photo. Each simulation includes 3 free regenerations: if the AI doesn't render the color exactly the way you want on the first try, you can re-run it up to 3 times at no extra charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - cancel anytime right from your account settings, no phone calls, no questions asked. You keep full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
When am I charged? Are there any hidden fees?
Your card is charged in USD ($) the moment you confirm the purchase, then on the same calendar day every following month (or year, if you chose annual billing). No hidden fees, no setup costs, no surprise upgrades. The price on screen is the price you pay.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime from your account - the price difference is prorated to the day, so you only pay for what you actually use. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to unused simulations at the end of the month?
Unused simulations roll over for one additional month (max). After that they expire. This keeps the tool sustainable but gives you a buffer if you're off the clock for a week of vacation or a slow stretch.
Is my data secure? Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos are stored privately for your account only, on secure European servers that are GDPR-compliant. We never sell them, never share them with third parties, and never use them to train AI models. You can permanently delete any photo from your history at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
