We never request reviews through an anonymous form. All the testimonials above come from genuine conversations held as part of our product support (direct WhatsApp support, feedback emails). Every cited user has given their explicit written consent for publication, and retains the right to review and withdraw their quote at any time. No gift, discount or financial compensation was offered in exchange for a review.
Collection process: spontaneous messages are aggregated monthly, abbreviations and spoken expressions are very lightly edited for written readability (without changing the meaning or adding vocabulary), then submitted to their author for validation before quarterly publication on this page.

How can a published review be challenged?
Anyone who considers that a review concerns them wrongly can write to contact@facadecolorizer.com with supporting evidence. We respond within 72 working hours and remove the content immediately in the event of a legitimate dispute.
Can the original messages be verified?
